Pack the filters at the bottom of the pot and place the small alcohol stove inside of the filters. It should fit just snug.
Pack the Orea brewer on top of the filters and stove. Put the lid on and pack the pot, with the coffee and the alcohol bottle in your handlebar bag.
Fill the insulated bottle with cold, filtered water. The bottle will become the cup you brew into as well - keeping your coffee nice and warm.
Unpack the brewer, filters and stove. Put some alcohol in the stove and light it. Take the water from the insulated bottle and pour it into the pot. Bring to a boil.
Get the brewer ready - put the filter in and pre-wash it with some water. This helps keep a cleaner brew and helps avoid any paper taste in your coffee.
While the water comes to a boil, prepare your "brew bar". Find a nice level spot to place the empty bottle and put the brewer on top. Add some coffee.
Bloom the coffee by covering the grounds with water - give it about 30 seconds to breathe. You can experiment based on the coffee you use.
Complete your brew. The Orea brewer is very forgiving but you can use about 16g of coffee to 300ml of water with a brew time of about 2 minutes.
Enjoy the coffee you just brewed and take in the view. If you want to save some for later, keep it in the insulated bottle.
