In Matteo's presentation, he revealed the brewer we designed together for his competition - a unique competition tool made from a special Polycarbonate with the lowest thermal conductivity. Matteo wanted to optimise for the competition setting in order to increase heat retention during the early stages of the brew and optimise extraction.
